Quality is always the first rule and primary concern at GLM, Quality is of paramount importance to every moulds and every components, on which enterprises rely to survive. Our moulds are subjected to specific quality checks in every single machining process to ensure full compliance with clients' specifications.

Measurement center

Well equipped facilities with talented specialists to perform sample inspection, and output detailed inspect report to customers.

Incoming quality control (IQC)

All Steel, Moldbase, components and Standard parts are permitted to store in our warehouse only after passing incoming quality control.

In process quality control (IPQC)

Our team performs regular inspection on dimension and cosmetics during machining process in order to assure specification, especially focus on when electrodes/steel finished machining.

Inspection Engineering

We will carry out final quality inspection on the finished mould before shipping to our clients. We have special inspection engineering team to follow up this process, the output document is Mould Inspection Report (MIR).
